Ingredients

  • 1 medium sized banana
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 handful nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds)
  • 1 glass of almond milk

Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and thick.
Serve topped with some dark chocolate. Enjoy!
