Ingredients
- 2 middle sized ripe bananas
- 1middle sized apple (Pink Lady, Yonagold...)
- 1 tbsp spirulina powder
- 1 tbsp hemp powder
- 1 tbsp pepitas
- cinnamon
- 1/2 tbsp baobab powder (optional)
- Alpro almond milk or yogurt
Peel the apples and bananas, chop roughly.
Place all ingredients in a blender. Pour as much liquid as you like, depending on the texture you prefer the most.
Also, you can choose both yogurt or any other milk and water even.
Blend and serve immediately.
