Black bean choco brownies

Ingredients

 

  • 250 g cooked black beans 
  • 100 g dark chocolate, 70 % cocoa at least
  • 100 g olive oil
  • 30 g honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp chopped almonds
  • pinch of salt
     

Melt the chocolate on a bagnomaria.

Blend the beans, honey, eggs, salt and the melted chocolate that you left to cool for a bit before adding it.

While it still blends, pour in the oil.

Pour the mixture ona baking tray (34x12cm) lined with parchment paper, sprinkle some almonds on top and bake on 170 C degrees for 40-45 minutes.
