You can make them the night before or in the morning before work!
Just mix all the ingredients, take a scoop of the mixture and place it in the muffin tins lined with muffin parchment paper.
While you're preparing your coffee, warm oatmeal muffins with a nice apple flavour will be waiting on you.

Ingredients
- 200 g fine oats
- 200 g applesauce
- 1 egg
- 1 vanilla pod seeds or 10 g vanilla sugar
- 3 tbsp agave nectar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- a handful of frozen blueberries
Blend the oats additionaly in a blender. The final result doesn't have to be completely flour-like.
In a large bowl combine all the ingredients beside the blueberries. Mix until all the ingredients are nicely incorporated.
Roll the forzen blueberries in some oats in a little bowl so they can absorb the extra moisture.
Mix until everything is nicely combined and then stir in manually the blueberries.
Take a scoop of the mixture and place one in each muffin tin lined with parchement paper.
Decorate with almond or coconut flakes and bake on 180 C degrees for about 10-15 minutes.
Let them cool on a wire rack.
Store in an air-contained tin.
