Paleo salty sticks for a healthy snack!

- 3 eggs
- 50 g cottage cheese
- 45 g melted ghee butter
- 85 g almond flour
- 60 g arowroot powder (alternative rice flour - not paleo)
- 3 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1 tbsp ground sunflower seeds
- 3 tbsp cocount flour (not shredded coconut)
- 1/4 tsp soda
- half tsp salt
- a pinch of red paprika
- 1 eggwhite
- sesame and poppy seeds for sprinkling
Mix in two different bowls the dry and the wet ingredients, then combine them together and knead well with your hand until a round ball forms.
Depending on the manufacturer of the flours it can occur that the ball isn't elastic enough or that sticks a lot. Add a bit of water in that case or a bit more arowroot powder, cocout or almond flour. You have to be able to work well with your dough.
Choose a form and shape your sticks or roll a ball between two pieces of parchement paper on half a cm and cut the wanted shapes.
Spread the dough with some eggwhite and sprinkle sesame/poppy seed on top. Bake on 170°C for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
