For the porridge
- half cup fine oats
- 1 cup almond milk or milk by your choice
- 1/2 fgrated apple
- 1 1/2 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 1/2 tsp flax seeds
- cinnamon
Extra
- walnuts
- dried plums
- dried cranberries
- honey
Cook the oats and milk in a small pot over medium heat.
Stir a little and after a couple of minutes add the ground seeds and grated apple.
Stir when needed.
Cook the porridge for a few minutes until it thickens. It shouldn't take long.
Add the cinnamon and pour the porridge in your breakfast bowl. Chop the walnuts and dried fruits and combine it all in your bowl with some honey.
Serve and enjoy your delicious healthy breakfast!
