For the porridge
- half cup fine oats
- 1 cup of almond milk or any milk by choice
- 1 1/2 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 1/2 tsp flax seeds
- cca 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Extra
- honey, approximately 1 tbsp
- shelled hemp seeds
- 1 kiwi
- 1/2 banana
- a handful of almonds
- a bit of grated dark chocolate for garnish
Cook the oats and milk in a small pot over medium heat.
Stir a little and after a couple of minutes add the ground seeds and cocoa powder.
Stir when needed.
Cook the porridge for a few minutes until it thickens. It shouldn't take long.
Pour the porridge in a serving bowl. Chop the almonds and slice the fruit, sprinkle some hemp seeds over the oats along with some honey. Grate some chocolate, stir and serve. Enjoy your "choco" oatmeal and get some energy to start your day properly!
