This is what my everday smoothie looks like - for a dashing and energized day!
This is the basic smoothie recipe, but you can always change/add a different superfood powder, use another kind of nut or add oats/other seeds.

Ingredients
- 1 banana
- a handful of frozen blueberries
- 1,1/2 tsp hemp protein powder
- 5-6 hazelnuts or walnuts
- 1,1/2 tsp chia seeds
- 1 full tsp tahini paste
- cinnamon
- almond milk
- 1/4 tsp kalp in powder*
*Lately I have been adding kalp into my smoothie for a better digestion. Obviously you can leave this ingredient out and perhaps use another superfood ingredient.
Place all ingredients in a blender, except for the kalp powder, and blend until you get a thick mixture.
Add the milk accordingly to your taste. I prefer less liquid and a thicker texture beacuse it helps me get full.
Add the kalp powder when serving. Enjoy your super breakfast!
