It can be a rich breakfast bowl, a pre or post workout meal, with some additions a real refreshing and fulfilling meal!

Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 small apple
- 200-250 g light/lean cottage cheese
- almond milk
Peal and slice the banana and apple into the blender.
Add the cottage cheese and milk, adjusting to taste and desired density. Mix and there you have your light bowl of happiness.
Sometimes you can add strawberries or some other addition, based on your preferences.
Also, if serving for breakfast, you can stir in homemade granola or crumb some homemade cookie or cake. In this case I crumbled my protein chickpea brownie and sprinkled some cinnamon. You can find the recipe for the brownie on the blog.
