A light summer treat or a nice sweet & nutritious breakfast!

This light chia cream pudding will go perfectly, in different variations, with your table...and combined with some fruit, it will definitely become one of your favourite summer treats.
You can prepare it in the evening and the morning after you will end up with a great breakfast done in less than a minute!

For the pudding
- 1 middle sized ripe banana
- 200 ml almond milk
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1/2 tso ceylon cinnamon
- 3 1/2 tsp chia seeds
* I use almond butter and milk with slightly roasted almond taste for a richer flavour.
Also, you can add a bit more than 1 tbsp of almond butter if you like it.
Decoration
- seasonal fruit or a combination of your favourite fruit, warm fruit topping
Blend all the ingredients except for the chia seeds.
Pour the mixture in a jar, add the seeds and stir with your hand.
CLose the jar and place in the fridge. Leave it in over night or for several hours.
Blend the whole mixture again in the morning or after a few hours and serve with some fruit. Enjoy!
