Cheap homemade snack, rich in protein and your favourite spices!
- cooked and drained chickpea*
- favourite spices **
*You can start with a quantity of 250-300 g and then adjust according to how many friends are you sharing your healthy snack with :)
** You can really use any spices you like. I would definitely include Himalayan salt, garlic powder and some other strong spices.
Wash and draing the cooked chickpea.
Choose your spices, place them in a plastic bag and and put in the chickpeas as well. Shake the bag so it all incorporates together.
Don't go overboard with the spices.
Heat the oven on 200-220 C degrees, lay the chickpeas on a baking tray lined with parchement paper that you've brushed with some olive oil.
Bake for 30-40 minutes, stirring from time to time, so they all bake evenly..
Be careful not to burn them, but pay attention not to take them out too soon, because they must get crunchy.
Enjoy your homemade snacks with a glass of cold homemade beverage or throw them in your favourite salad!
