Cheerful Barbara from the blog Foodiona, brings you a great simple Christmas recipe, GINGER COOKIES!
- half cup unrefined sugar
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking soda
- half cup coconut syrup
- ½ cup almond milk
- 2 1/2 cups of millet flour
- a pinch of salt
- 1 egg
Preheat oven on 180°C.
Stir all dry ingredients in one bowl and all the wet ones in the other.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones, constantly stiring.
Place one tbsp of the mixture on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, forming a round shape.
Bake the cookies for 12 minutes on 180°C.
Once done, serve with a warm cup of coffee or tea!
