Eathier it's summer or winter time, you will always get the doors of Fabula opened by the cheerful and kind hosts, a married couple Sanja and Sandro.
After their first tavern Stare užance, this year, they've opened this lovely little place in Premantura, on the address Selo 70a, Premantura.
What I like most about this place it the warm environment filled with small details arranged with such love and care, a great 60s music playing in the background, excellent service and always perfect food.
You can choose between fish or meat menu or taste some of the istrian specialties. Everything is prepared with lots of imagination, style and love, but I must warn you on one little detail...do not overeat with the best homamade bread soaked in olive oil before the main dish, because you will have a harder time truly enjoy what will be set on the table in front you after. Oh, and of course, do not skip dessert!
I can never tell what I like best in this place!
One of our rare favourite places in Pula that we always gladly return to with lots of joy and filled with expectation of what will we try next and see how the seasonal decoration will be set as well.
