Ana is a food blogger from Belgrade, Serbia, very talented.

For this occasion, she prepared a beautiful QUINOA SALAD, finally I nice and healthy savory dish you can prepare as a tasty lunch!
Ingredients for the QUINOA SALAD
for 2 servings
- 100 g quinoa
- 1 small avocado
- about 150 g cherry tomatos
- a handful of lamb's lettuce
- 3 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- a juice of 1 small lemon
- 1/2 tsp honey
- salt, pepper to taste
Wash the quinoa under cold running water, place in a small pot and cover with water. Leave to boil over high heat then lower the heat and cook for another 15 minutes, or until the quinoa has increased in volume.
Prebacite u cjediljku dok spremite ostale sastojke. Make the dressing with olive oil, lemon juice and honey. Add a bit of salt and pepper to it and stir.
Roast briefly the sunflower seeds on a hot tray. Chop the cherry tomatos in half. Slice the avocado the way it is on the photo or dice it. Place the quinoa in a plate, add the remaining ingredients and the lamb's lettuce. Pour over the dressing, sprinkle the seeds and enjoy your healthy lunch!
