Crispy, chocolaty, full of flavour...well, these are the words that pop to my mind to describe this simple treat.
In collaboration with Tvornica Zdrave Hrane.
We already all know that peanut butter and chocolate have a strong bond of love, but when combined with crispy amaranth pops with honey and dried cranberries, a whole new dimension opens up!
This simple mixture ready in literally 5 minutes brings you these delicious crispies that you can shape with a spoon or just make bars.
Store the dessert in the freezer.

Ingredients
- 100 g crunchy peanut butter
- 30 g extra virgin coconut oil
- 35 g dark chocolate
- 40 ml agavie syrup or honey
- 50 g amaranth honey pops
- 50 g fine oats
- 35 g dried cranberries
Feel free to double the ingredients from the list, especially if you're making the bars, it will just be easier when you place the mixture in the tray and of course, bigger chance they will last longer and you'll be able to take a bite and not just your roomates.
Melt shortly the peanut butter, coconut oil, agave/honey and chocolate over medium heat, constantly stiring.
Once all ingredients are incorporated nicely, turn off the heat, stir in the oats and amaranth pops.
Chop the cranberries and stir them also in.
Transfer the mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper, flatten the top and place in the freezer to set.
Let the bars be thicker, it'll be better.
If you are making the uneven crispies like I did, you a tablespoon to place dollops of the mixture onto a tray lined with parchment paper as well.
Once they are set, they'll be ready for serving, but feel free to take a spoonful of the mixture while it is still warm, directly from the pot...you know, you need to taste it, you're the chef! ;)
