  • 2 bananas, medium size
  • 1 mango 
  • a handful of frozen strawberries
  • 1 pear
  • 2 pinches of cinnamon
  • a handful of hazelnuts
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 1/2 tsp bee pollen
  • liquid yogurt (probiotic)
     


Place all the washed and cleaned ingredients in a blender and pulse.
Adapt the yogurt basing on your preferences.
Pour in a glass and enjoy your breakfast to go!
