For the smoothie
- 2 middle sized ripe bananas
- 1 middle sized apple
- 1 tsp baobab powder
- 1 tbsp hemp powder
- cinnamon
- almond milk or any other by your choice
Decoration
Peel and slice the bananas and the apple. Place in the blender with the remaining ingredients.
If you prefer a thicker smoothie use less milk, or pour in more milk if you like a more liquid kind of smoothie.
Blend and serve with a homemade granola by choice.
