Cold & creamy dessert in a glass.
- 180 g frozen banana slices
- 40 g almond butter*
- 1/2 tsp maca powder
- a pinch of ceylon cinnamon, optional
- 120 ml almond milk**
- unsweetened cocoa powder
- hulled hemp seeds
*I reccomend to use almond butter made with slightly roasted almonds, because if you use blanched sweet almond butter, the taste can be heavy and too sweet.
**The quantity of milk might be subject to change, according to your preferences. Also, I prefer almond milk made with slightly roasted almonds.
Blend all ingredients until you get a nice thick and smooth mixture. Leave the coca powder and hulled hemp seed aside.
If you like you can serve your dessert without cocoa powder, or put a bit just in half the mixture, but you will get an awesome choco creamy drink if you put cocoa powder in all the mixture.
Sprinkle some hulled hemp seeds on top before serving. Enjoy!
